Hello, I'm Erin, the proud mom of two wonderful children and the heart behind Angel Wings Bakery. My journey with baking and cake decorating started during my high school days, where I found joy in crafting cupcakes and treats for class parties and friends’ birthdays.

After three amazing years at Flavors Bakery, my path led me to Jasper to be with my family. It was here that I encountered both the deepest sorrow and the strongest motivation of my life. In June of 2023, my beloved son, Lincoln, earned his angel wings. This bakery stands as a loving tribute to his memory, serving as a testament to his everlasting impact on my life.

The name 'Angel Wings Bakery' not only honors Lincoln but also encapsulates the love and care that goes into every creation that leaves my kitchen. From exquisitely decorated cakes to delightful cupcakes and cookies, each treat is imbued with passion and dedication.

My daughter, a beacon of light in our lives, finds joy in joining me as we test and perfect new recipes together. Through her eyes, I see the future of Angel Wings Bakery – a place where love, family, and exceptional baking come together to create something truly special.
